What assembly is required when the GIO STORM eBike is delivered?
GIO Electric Bikes come 95% pre-assembled with the easy-to-follow instruction manual or online assembly video.
What are height recommendations and can I ride it if I’m shorter/taller than recommended height?
The Gio Storm has an easy step-through frame, but we do not have any models with a smaller bike frame at this time. Recommended height is 5’4 to 6’2.
Can you use the throttle instead of pedalling?
Yes, you can use just the throttle, or the pedal-assist or ride without assistance as desired.
Do you stock parts for the ebike?
Yes, we carry a full selection of parts for our ebikes which ship from our Vancouver, BC warehouse.
I have a bike rack for my car with weight limits, how much does the STORM weight?
The weight of GIO STORM is 57lbs(26kg) with a removable battery of 7lbs(3.3kg)
