Unfortunately, due to shipping constraints we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped within 1 business day via UPS or Fedex with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 7 business days.

What maintenance is required for my GIO product?
Our products require very minimal maintenance. For the Electric Scooters, just ensure the battery is charged and adjust the chain and brakes when necessary.

Yes, as these scooters are classified as Class 2 electric bikes, you are able to use these scooters in all bike lanes.
How fast can your scooters go?
Our scooters can go up to 20 mph on flat terrain.

My package came damaged. What do I do?
Most of the time, your purchase will come in perfect condition. In most cases, these damages are only aesthetic damages to the boxes and your unit is unharmed. If for any reason your unit is damaged as a result of shipping, do not worry. Simply contact us and we will make sure that your unit is as good as new!
